I tried to emulate the same scene as in this image blog.espol.edu.ec/aanda/files/… because when I saw it I immediately thought of these two.
Ulquiorra is a monster, so far from deserving a heart... feeling Orihime's heart beat increases his lust for a heart, for her heart, but realizing all the pain he's caused he's drowning in dreadful despair... Could Orihime ever rescue him? Could she ever bring him back to life? Would she ever fill that void with her heart? She's not afraid of him... Despair is what he knows // His heart is what she sees.
