A few days ago we announced the winners of March's Repeating Contest! Today we put a start to April's Contest!! Are you excited??

A little F.A.Q before we get started

How does this work?
Every month I'll give you a theme and you'll have to create a Manga/Anime styled entry according to it
Is Fan Art or Fan Characters allowed?
I'm afraid not Only Original Characters and universes are allowed. Your Naruto based OC, for example, isn't elligible to enter or win.
Can we submit pre-existing works that fit the theme?
Nope. All entries must be made specifically for this contest, old artworks won't be accepted.

Now that we have the basics down, let's get into serious bussiness!

April's Theme: "April showers bring May flowers!"

This month is known for its constant pouring that doesn't seem to have an end, skies are permanently gray, rain falling down, and the cold breeze doesn't make it seem like it's spring already! But when May arrives, all the rain April left pays off in the everlasting fields of flowers and all the beauty of the blooming spring! Your task is to illustrate this quote in your entries! You can include anything you want as long as the quote is clear and there is at least one manga styled character in it!

Rules

Entries must abide by deviantART's Terms of Service and Policies.
Entries must be made specifically for this contest. Pre-existing works won't be accepted.
Entries must be submitted to your deviantART Gallery.
Entries must be drawn in Manga & Anime style, with any media {Digital, traditional, mixed media, 3D...}
Entries must be original. Fan Art entries will be ineligible.
No collaborations allowed. Merely because we can't split the prizes in this contest.
Tracing, eye-balling or heavy-referencing from other artists works won't be allowed.
