The Background tutorials you shouldn't miss

Hello again my dear readers! Today I would like to share some tutorials with you! During the 6 years I've been on deviantART, I've gathered many useful tutorials that have deeply helped me along the way. I want to share some of these with you, in hopes that reading them will inspire you to start painting some beatiful sceneries to spice up your works!

These are not the only tutorials on deviantART, it's just a selection of the ones that I've found more useful in my artistic development. If you know of any other impressive tutorial that you think should be listed here, share it in the comment section and I'll include it to the list! :love:

These tutorials are so thorough and surely helpful:heart:
...But I can't help but, yet again, feel like I've been left in the dark as a traditional artist:( All of these tutorials give me an idea of what to do and what the things should look like, but technically these give me next to no help:(

Hi dear! You need to understand the concept and apply it to your own tools of the trade. I understand that you can't possibly use stained glass tricks to create water effect xDDD would be fun though, but you certainly can apply the sky & cloud knowledge to your own tools, same with the composition and the trees.

I'll try to make a section JUST for traditional art :) How does that sound?

Oh dear, oh dear, I really didn't mean to complain like I apparently did TT_TT
But yeah, I suppose so. I could use my head for a change.

...And I really don't think you need to make a section for traditional tutorials only. I would've just wanted to see one or two among all the digital ones^^;

You're right, there's just one for drawing trees with traditional art... I ought to provide resources for everyone so I will redeem myself. I don't think you were complaining, you're just claiming what you deserve :) That's completely fine :hug: Don't worry ok? <3
